Just had CHA replace my 20y old HVAC system. Great interaction from with their team from start to finish! Had a number of contacts with Mike Rackers (owner) to discuss what we needed, and options for our replacement system. He was tremendously patient with my many questions, and did a great job explaining things clearly. To top it off, he offered a very reasonable price for the new system. Just a week later, the installation team did a spectacular job! The team consisted of Rick, Christian, Taylor and Wilson who promised that they would be done in one day. There were some challenges with my old system, so the team stayed until 8pm (started at 8am) to make sure the new system was installed correctly and was completely functional before they left for the day. Clarksville heating and air has a good reputation. I called and Tiffany and Heather are very nice. I Needed my thermostat fixed. Grant came out and was also very nice. He also checked my furnace out. I decided to get a service contract with them and I have peace of mind and confidence in them. I recommend them.

From start to finish, everyone was super helpful, patient, and most of all available for my heat emergency. They got it done quickly and took time to answer all my questions. Grant and Andy are the best. They arrived on time, everything was neat and clean and they got the job done without a hitch. Thanks to Eric for getting me scheduled quickly and checking in to make sure things were running smoothly.

We had an excellent experience with our HVAC technician. He came out twice when our heating system stopped working and was fantastic to work with both times. He took the time to walk us through everything he was doing, clearly explained what the issue might be, and made sure we understood our options. He was friendly, personable, and very thorough. He also went beyond the initial service call by recommending maintenance steps to help keep our system running smoothly. Highly recommend his services.

Clarksville never disappoint! Tri D, Andy and Richard came on time with a smile ready to take care of business. They respected my home laying down protective tarps and even went above and beyond by moving furniture out of the way to provide best access. They worked quickly even though they had to rebuild parts to work with our new system!! Thank you so much for a great job!
