We used Sandco to repaint our townhouse and do some woodworking with an old mini shed. Daryl performed all of the work. He patched the walls that needed it, and took great care painting. He payed attention detail and did good work. For the shed he replaced some wood boards and reinforced the structure. His services were affordable and he was able to work within our time constraints. Daryl was easy and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Sandco for your home improvement needs.

Sandco did a wonderful job remodeling my dining room, which including removing wood paneling, installing new walls, installing new flooring, finishing off doorways and replacing closet doors. They also did a great job painting and installed the ceiling fan. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. I always get compliments on the dining room,, especially on the flooring. I highly recommend Sanco for home improvement work and I would use them again for another job.

I am an elderly widow. I rented my basement apartment to someone I should not have rented to. She moved out without notice and left a ton of broken furniture and jumk down there, including a dirty soiled mattress. She also left a bunch of junk in the yard. I am physically unable to Pick it all up and take it away so I called Daryl. He was so amazing!!! He called before he came. He got here on time and in a little bit of time he had the whole place cleaned out, including the side yard. He was also polite and kind and a really nice man. I am so thrilled to have found this man that I kept his card in case I need any help in the future. God bless this man!

Sandco LLC painted my entire house in record time with impeccable skill and craftsmanship. Diverse and exuberant colors were selected for each room. Therefore, Sandco properly prepared each surface type prior to painting. They painted each room smoothly and evenly. They also did excellent trim work. They painted different stucco finishes in the ceiling of the living room and kitchen. They also provided chair rails in the dining room, which provided the room with a sense of elegance. The workers were neat, and they tidied their workspace at the end of each day. The manager and workers were pleasant and provided excellent customer service. Their prices were also very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
