Got Todd Air assigned through my warranty company to replace a secondary heat exchanger for my gas furnace. Great communication via phone to set up appointments. On site, they were professional, friendly, and answered all of my questions. Completed the job in an efficient manner and cleaned up after themselves when complete. Highly recommend

We had our heat go out days before this upcoming blizzard. The home warranty company made this an emergency case in the evening and we were contacted by Todd Air within minutes. They came the very next day and diagnosed the problem and got the parts ordered. We were contacted first thing this morning (the next day) and they were able to get the motherboard replaced and our heat working just in time for tomorrow’s snowstorm. Our family is warm grateful!

During the initial inspection, I had no issues with their service. The technician diagnosed my outside unit with an error code and explained that they could not complete the inspection until the appropriate repairs were made. Once those repairs were completed, I contacted them to request that they return to finish the portions of the inspection that were not completed. When I called, I asked if this was Todd Air Inc., and someone in the background responded, “It could be.” The gentleman on the phone then stated that I should have contacted my home warranty company instead of calling them directly, rather than politely explaining that this was the correct process. We’ve had the pleasure of working with this father/son company on a couple of occasions now and each has been a great experience and success. They are professional, prompt and extremely knowledgeable! From start to finish, they explained the issues thoroughly and ensured that our unit was working properly before leaving. It’s so nice to work with people who genuinely care about their customers! We have a home warranty and had a few issues that they worked through seamlessly. Highly recommend their services!

I have nothing but great things to say about Todd Air (Dan Sr and Jr)!!! They've done several jobs at my house over the years and never once did I have to call them back to fix an issue. Just yesterday, I contacted Todd Air yesterday, about my non-working AC and fortunately they were able to come out the same day and diagnosis the issue (I needed a new blower motor). Today, they were able to obtain a new blower motor, installed it and identified/fixed another severe issue. I truly appreciate this hardworking father and son team and HIGHLY recommend them for your HVAC needs. They honest, super competent, and do stellar work!!
