They installed a roof which ended up having a leak . Took them over a year to get back to repair and charged me $250 for repair. A week later it leaked again, after promising to “stop by next week” for over another year, I had to finally call another company to make the simple repair that they couldn’t find time for and I paid for. He actually told me it takes a couple years of leaks before mold sets in and I shouldn’t worry. I’ve been dealing with contractors for over 40 years and have learned to have low expectations of response after initial job is completed and paid for but this was next level. Never heard a grown man whine and complain, making excuses to avoid a simple job like this.
