Classic Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

When we first called a local company at random, we had no idea we would receive such exceptional service. John is extremely knowledgeable and well-versed in carpet care, and his guidance was incredibly helpful. He was professional, friendly, and made the entire experience a great one. Our carpets looked amazing, and we will absolutely have John return every few months to care for them.

John did a fantastic job! My and my siblings in-law wanted to have my mother in laws eight year old couch cleaned as a birthday gift, and it came out phenomenally. We decided to use John because he uses more natural cleaners compared to other companies. He arrived on time and did the work quickly. We’ve used their services a few times and the work always comes out great. Very reliable and professional. Carpets and couches look and feel fresh after cleaning and they care for the space they are working in. We once spilled a cup of coffee on a brand new rug and these guys saved it, stain is totally gone. John does good work, if you’re on the fence don’t be, these guys are solid.

I used Classic Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning to clean an expensive, 20 year old area rug. John was amazing at answering my questions and explaining his cleaning process. I hadn’t cleaned this rug prior because I was concerned about damage to the rug and maybe even the hardwood floors beneath it. But John’s process is totally safe! I also love that there are no chemical or cleaning odors. Very pleased with his work, and my rug looks great! Definitely give him a try. I will certainly be using him again!

It was great working with John on multiple carpet types. He was very thorough, before, during and after service. My dog is elderly and it’s been hard to prevent her from soiling our rugs. But he was able to take the smell out, and it looks great. As a Mom, I also love that they don’t use toxins.
