After going through an handful of plumbers since we bought our first house, we finally found an honest and fair priced plumber. We again had lost a 3rd water heater, a water softener in less than 7 yrs and we didn't know why, our plumbers prior to Rick from express plumbing had no idea either. Long story short, our 3rd heater blew on December 5 2024. After calling a few plumbers we choose express plumbing, Rick came as soon as possible and we were relieved but thought that we would have pay a premium price for him to come so quickly, but that was not the case. He was really fair and he out of all the plumbers told us immediately what he thinks the problem might be. He knew we needed a pressure regulator, our pressure was over 2x the normal amount ! They consistently demonstrate professionalism, excellent customer service, and take great care to assure that the work is completed. In addition, Rick and Fabian are friendly, knowledgeable, and simply a pleasure to work with. We will use their again.

We are extremely pleased with the work that Xpress Plumbing & Heating did to get us out of our water plumbing emergency; our Water Softener system failed choking our waterline s. Rick and his brother showed up on a short notice and quickly diagnosed the issue. Rick briefed me on what he planned to do gave me an estimated time of completion. They worked late, way after 5 PM to get most of the waterlines going; next day that got our stubborn kitchen faucet unclogged. Rick and his brother conducted themselves professionally and maintained a clean environment as they worked. Everything about their service is top-notch.

I contacted Rick on a Saturday evening (after having an issue with a leak while installing a new washing machine); he called me back within an hour and said he would come the following (SUNDAY) morning. He and Fabian came ready to repair but unfortunately needed parts to complete. They promised to come the following day after their scheduled calls at 6 pm. Again they came and made the repair, installed my washer and even offered to hook up my dryer, too!. I cannot say enough about Rick and Fabian. They are honest and hard-working individuals and are now listed under “plumber” in my phone. Will never need another!
