We had a great experience working with our home inspector, Chris. He took a last-minute weekend appointment for us in sub-zero temperatures, which already showed his professionalism and commitment. The inspection itself was extremely thorough. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and walked us through important items like the radon test and well testing so we actually understood what the results meant. No rushing, no scare tactics, just honest, knowledgeable guidance. The driveway was completely covered in snow during the initial inspection, and when he returned to retrieve the radon monitor, he took the time to reassess it and give us his opinion once it was visible. Chris is a great inspector to work with. He was very thorough and his critical analysis of our soon to be new property led to thousands of dollars of f work getting fixed before I moved in. He answered all my questions and was very professional. My inspection was flawless and on time. My inspector Mr Chris Rizzi was knowledgeable and gave good advice. He had done the job with great care as well as attention to detail. The report came with pictures plus descriptions of each pic along with advice on what to do to move forward to solve any situation with a professional to correct it. The communication was great, any questions you have he woould always contact you as soon as possible. I would recommend these people to everyone and any one who wants a job well done.
