Classic Cleaners II

I have used this cleaner for many years, ROTC uniforms and comforters. The last 2 visits went horribly wrong. #1 the owner tried to give me someone else's comforter and I he got hostile that I wouldn't take it. He did apologize for the mistake. #2 yesterday I took a comforter in to get cleaned he made extremely rude comments about the condition it was in. I should have walked out with my stuff but don't know where else to go through.

Do not use the Dry Cleaners in Cleveland next to the Sunflower for any expensive clothes. This is an expensive Hugo Boss Tuxedo with silk lapels that they destroyed, and pressed incorrectly so the seams are placed showing on front the tux. The silk is mottled and damaged and they of course take NO responsibility.. They are the only ones who ever touch this suit..

I LOVE this dry cleaners. The family owned business always does a superior job with all of my cashmere and linen. They even do larger stuff like duvets and comforters and I am always pleased! I have also had alterations done here and again, a beautiful job! I highly recommend this company! I cannot say enough great things about them. Thank you for always going above and beyond my expectations!

First time bringing clothes to be cleaned. I had just purchased two outfits from a nearby thrift store. One of the outfits had stains, so the store owner gave me the outfit for free. Wasn't sure if the cleaners could get the stains out, but they did. I was impressed. Both of the outfits looked brand new. 4 stars are due to not being called when items were ready, not being able to get in touch with anyone for weeks when I tried calling, hours posted online do not match what is posted on their door. It took me over a month to get my items, but the owner did wait an extra 15min after closing for me, once I was able to get in contact to arrange pickup.

This was the first time I have used a dry cleaning service since I moved into the area 5 years ago. The website states the operating hours for closing to be at 6pm. When I arrived at the store, a sign indicated they close at 5:30pm. I arrived at 5:29pm. Naturally I was very upset. At that moment an elderly Asian man approached the store and became visibly angry at me saying it was 5:31pm and the store was closed. He continued his tirade but reluctantly opened the door and continued to express anger that I differed with his perception of time. But I stayed silent because I just wanted my clothes. After I paid, I reminded him his website needs to change, and more importantly he needs to appreciate customer relations and not whine because he's going above and beyond to help a customer. Horri
