Classic Collision

This was my first accident in 20+ years of driving and I had no idea what to expect. I got the list of approved partners from my insurance company and started checking the reviews. Once I narrowed the list I started making phone calls. CAITLIN IS AMAZING. I'm a woman in the automotive industry and let me tell you it is HARD. When I called I spoke to Caitlin and I was super impressed by her knowledge and easy ability to answer my off the cuff questions (first car accident, lots of questions). She was extremely friendly and welcoming. I was immediately put at ease. I knew before I hung up the phone that this was going to be the collision center I'd work with. I would not recommend them. There was a paint recall from Toyota. I had to pay out of my pocket to paint the hood because they didn't think hood was an issue. How can a paint professional not see this coming?

Great customer service! I was kept in the loop every step of the repair. This was an authorized body shop from my insurance company and I was a bit apprehensive, but I am glad to have chosen them. I was very impressed from the movement I dropped of my car and my interaction with Caitlin, until the time I picked it up. My Cadillac’s body was repaired to its original beautiful condition.
