Classic Floor Coverings

Dont waste your money. This company is horrible. They came in made a mess scuffed up my freshly painted walls, spilled paint on the floor. Left big oily grease fingerprints and handprints on my frshly painted doors and had the nerve to have an attitude when I asked them to clean. Terrible customer service from the lady that answered the phone when I called to complain and this carpet isnt even as plush as the one that was picked. It looks like outside carpet. Worst experience ever!

Couldn't be happier about our experience with Classic Floor Coverings. Alicia got us a quote quickly, the scheduling process was a piece of cake, she took care of our special requests, and Kevin was neat, professional and efficient with the installation. Our new stair runner looks, feels, and sounds awesome.

Terrible communication and service. First, I was recommended to this place from the person who did my flooring. I didn't know who they were at first so I was told they would be calling me. It took them a couple of days for them to call where I had to get in touch with the person who installed my floors to let him know that I never received a call. Second, when they finally did call, I explained what I was looking to have done in my home and what I wanted for carpet (color and style). I was told by Alicia that she would send me pictures of a sample (or samples) via email for me to look at. While on the phone with her I asked her for an estimated quote and when she told me the price (which was way too much!) I mentioned that I had a budget that I wanted to work in and that I didn't wan

Just had them do a second room pulling out an old carpet and installing hardwood. Great transformation in a day.
