Classic Jack Landscaping

This company has helpful kind employees. But.... They hop skip and jump from project to project and job to job. They still haven't finished ours, but they have moved to the next, they are "supposed to" come finish our complex at the end of June or so. And each apartment was supposed to take 8-10 days. But they didn't finish one before moving to the next and some are still not finished. I am appreciative of what is done. But darn it, please finish.

The remodel to my apartment and others in the complex where I live was a disaster. What was supposed to take four weeks, still isn't finished. There are holes in the walls that never got patched, there are gaps in the flooring that were never fixed. Texture and paint on my belongings, damaged and broken items, money stolen and never replaced after several broken promises. The project started July of 2017 and after seven months and numerous walk through's these things have not been fixed. I had to plastic mask my back sliding door for weeks due to the open space not being sealed underneath and a significant draft coming through in the middle of winter. I have since fixed it myself because it was never properly fixed. I came home to unlocked doors and my belongings in complete disarray and p

My opinion of Classic Jack, is not a positive one. The remodeling of our apartment complex was chaotic and horrible. We were all promised that construction would be done in 4 weeks, instead its been many months. The job they did was terrible and we're still waiting for it to be finished. We have gaps and holes all through out the apartment and installation of items were not completed. Not to mention the personal items that we owned were either broken, or painted on because of their lack of caution and carefulness with other peoples belongings. My grandson was even electrocuted and sent to ER because they failed to cover open wires or turn off the electricity to his room. I could go on with a long list of problems, but the point is they did crappy work and still haven't completed it,

Terrible! Tearing apart an apartment complex parking lot and walk/entry way. This apartment complex is made up of elderly and people with disabilities that need proper accomodations such as ramps and handicap accessible parking/entry. There is nowhere to park. There is no access for healthcare workers who take care of the people that live here. They have been "working" on the complex now since the beginning of June They are completely disorganized and have made a complete mess. I would not recommend the for anything!

They did an amazing job on my backyard ! They were very prompt and kept me updated throughout the project. A++
