They are ripping customers off. Overcharging for service. Was charged 4x the price for the same service someone else quoted after, $80. We called them for our business. After our ice machine was down for a day. I called them. They came to my business next day. They cleaned the machine, and replaced a part on it. 1 day later they came back to check on it again to see if it was working. Spent 15 minutes. Then came the third day to see if it was working. They handed us a bill for $400. They charged $175 for the water inlet valve part which typically costs $25 online. I understand that they have to charge a markup.
