Our ac went out and they were able to send a tech out the next day. Ryan explained everything very thoroughly and was able to get our new unit and the install crew out the next morning. They worked hard to get it installed and even replaced old wiring from the basement up to the thermostat because it was old. So far, happy with the work they did.

This is my first time using Clayton-Englewood Heating & Cooling. I was very impressed that they responded to my request for service so quickly! I had called 3 other companies, leaving emails and voicemails with no responses over the last week. Clayton-Englewood Heating &Cooling responded on the same day and scheduled my service based on my availability within 3 days. The tech was very friendly, very knowledgeable and he even helped me reset my smart thermostat. I will be scheduling all of my future home services with them. And I will let my neighbors know that this is a great company for any heating and cooling needs.

This company knows what they are doing. I called them when my heat was not working properly in the cold weather recently. From the booking of the appointment person as well as Justin the service person that came to my home . True professionalism and expertise was displayed all throughout the service. We will be a customer for life. From the time we called in to the time they completed our new system, we were treated as their top priority. Our air conditioner went out during the heat wave. We received same day service and decided to move forward with installing a new system. They had the installers out the next day! Thank you so much for making buying a new system so easy and affordable.
