Always happy with the service I get from Dependable Heating and Air. Jim is very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He never tries to push repairs or equipment that are not truly needed. He is always very quick to respond and fixes my heat pump system quickly with no issues. I definitely recommend this company.

I had been without heat for 6 days in December and got 2 bids saying I needed a new HVAC system. I decided to call a 3rd and Jim with Dependable responded within the hour. He looked at the furnace and replaced one part and had my furnace working within 30 minutes. Jim knows furnaces, is reliable and very reasonably priced. This is the company to call. Thanks Jim.

Jim lives up to his business name—dependable! If you want an honest guy, Jim is your guy. Over 10 years ago I got 3 estimates on my furnace which wasn’t working. He was the only one who told me I didn’t need a new one. Over 10 years later I still have it. Also like supporting small businesses as I have one myself.

Jim definitely gives good advice on how to take care of your furnace during the winter months. He doesn't try to sell you stuff just so he can get more money out of you. I appreciate his honesty.

My furnace started making a clicking noise about 25 seconds after the blower motor started every time it began a heat cycle. First year it has done this. Furnace is about 20 years old. Mr. Gau came to assess the situation and said it was nothing to worry about. Since he was here I had him clean the ignitor and surrounding area so that he didn't walk away without making a little money. He is very honest, arrived early, and explained that the furnace (Rheem) still has plenty of life left. Highly recommend his services.
