I highly recommend Creative Countertops if you want to update your kitchen or any countertop needs in your home. The sales team and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. The install crew was very professional, came in and took out our old ugly yellow countertops, and installed our new ones. Definitely a great company to work with.

I unfortunately did not have a great experience. I felt like I was a bother to the woman that is in the sales office especially if I called for questions. The quartzite countertop broke when they were bringing it into the house. When they brought the new one they chipped the edge and it was not polished in areas. They did fix it but its not in "new" condition and I paid for new condition (no discounts on broken parts). They also measured the cooktop measurement incorrectly so they had to cut the quartzite to size in my home after it was installed. You can imagine what a mess that was and is not healthy to breath in. Lastly, the woman in the sales office said it was probably best to get a new cooktop since the newer models were a slightly different size and if I had to replace it may no

Where do I begin? My wife Jackie and I have used Creative Countertops multiple times and have always been extremely happy with the results! I never knew there were so many different styles and colors of granite and stone to choose from! Everyone from the sales staff to the installers are always knowledgeable, courteous, and quick to answer any questions that we had. They have always been on time and made sure that we were satisfied with the results! You owe it to yourself to visit this business if you haven’t already! I also just found out that they have a new cabinet division! I’ve visited the show room and wow, they have it all!

I would not do business with this company. We built a new home and we've been in it right at three years. Our quartz was damaged when we moved in, has continued to chip and now Creative Countertops wants $200 every time they come out to fix a piece of quartz that was obviously compromised before it was installed. We've had quartz in previous homes with no issue. No customer service here. If I could give zero stars I would.
