Clayton Tile

Buyer beware. Not impressed one bit. They don’t know their products, carry cheaply made tile and then don’t assume responsibility for the defective product. We had to rip out every bit of tile that was installed (while we were at work, so we couldn’t watch or see the major variations in the pattern and pieces of tile) . We were shown a sample piece of tile that was white with small veining in the tile . We weren’t shown the variations in pieces until the installation was completed. When we arrived home, we were devastated to see the massive grey streaks all over the tile. Because the tile was cheaply made it was also not cut evenly so tearing out certain pieces wouldn’t work, so we opted to tear whole 9 foot wall down. I have to stop in here sometimes to pick up various materials for my husband, who is a tile artisan. The customer service is always great, and I am usually in and out in no time. They always have his orders ready, so there is no hassle to me. I really appreciate them!

I needed some pieces of SCHLUTER@ metal edging profiles for my tile work. I called Clayton Tile, because, I knew that they would most likely have it. If they don’t have it in stock, they can get it for you within days.* I was not disappointed. The customer service is always great. I spoke with a lady, please forgive I can't remember her name, but she went overboard to assist me! We had a great conversation not only about advice on my project, but just had a kindred Spirit connection! If in need of advice or products for your tile needs. This is the place to go! Overall experience "Loved it"!

Every time I go in to this store, customer service is mixed. Either I get that tall lady and I have a pleasant experience or I get one of the 2 other shorter ladies. One is mainly pleasant but the 3rd lady I've had to interact with needs to recheck her Christian values.
