Clean First Time Inc Construction Cleaning

Starting out everything was smooth. Alejandra welcomed me and assisted me on my first home and even provided things I needed like tools and cleaning checklists. A new person named Julisa comes to the field and things changed. For one she doesn’t really know how to schedule. I’ve seen multiple issues and sometimes she doesn’t even know the difference between cleans. She acts like she owns the company herself. Wants you to do extra work without paying. Very unprofessional and even threatened to take my pay away over an issue which I said I’d go back and do. I had to speak to the owner (Drew Gunkel). He was KIND OF understanding. What I mean by “kind of” is like when I get scheduled to go to a home and there’s residents living inside. Mind you, I’m doing cleaning for new construction homes, t
