Clean Response

They were hired to test black mold and contracted it out ALONG WITH CHARGING OVER AND ABOVE MY TESTING OF $110 AND THEY CHARGED ROUGHLY $1,400. There is a 3" gap along with a 1" gap in two levels of vinyl siding. He put in a piece in the he 3" gap and I asked Andy if he was going to caulk it, to seal it, and he said it was fine but it's not as it can allow bug infestation and water to seep in and he did nothing about the 1" gap below that layer. They overcharged for the crappy job as they think women are stupid and don't know anything. If you're a woman do not hire them! They do not provide a good job, they are "bandaid" workers and will treat you like you're stupid .. .GOOD OLD BOYS!

To preface, I have never used Clean Response. I recently had a frustrating experience with Clean Response when their driver parked a van outside a parking garage, making it impossible for my midsize vehicle to enter. Notice how in the picture there is a sign that says “No Parking or waiting in this alley. Please be considerate don’t block residents use of doors.”. I waited 10 minutes before I called the company to report the issue. After explaining the situation over the phone, it took another 10 minutes for the driver to come out to address the problem. I called a second time inquiring when the driver would move the car. The Emergency Response employee who I spoke to, and the employee said they had permission to park in the narrow alley. To make matters worse, the driver refused to move

From the first day I contacted Clean Response they have been very helpful. Contacting me back even after the office was closed and I left a message. They were patient and helpful while working through some insurance response time issues. They worked with our insurance company to get agreement of what needed to be done. One thing I noticed was they were about doing what is needing to be done not just saying something has to be done to have more business. This shows morals and ethics. Besides all the above they do great work and have top notch employees to restore our home to look as it was before. Overall A-Z I would recommend Clean Response if you have some restoring needs.

In January, our commercial building had a pipe burst which caused for water to leak on several floors. Clean Response was quick to get a team on site and extract the water as quick as possible. After the water extraction, Clean Response did a detailed clean up from floor to ceiling. At the end they did go through all damaged areas to double check the absence of moisture and to make sure nothing was missed. Ultimately, I would highly recommend Clean Response, they were quick to respond, professional, all employees in uniform, and very easy to work with.

An unfortunate aspect of my role as a high-rise property manager is dealing with water issues. I have used Clean Response for the past 7 years and Nick Nash is the best there is! He is genuinely helpful and has a way of explaining their mitigation process to homeowners where they often end up smiling and laughing in the end - even in the midst of their home being damaged. His team is great and I have always received prompt service from the moment I call to the moment the repairs are complete.
