Clean Right Professional Carpet Cleaning

I got a coupon for their services in the mail. I booked a few different services: duct and dryer vent cleaning, area rug cleaning, couch cleaning and carpet cleaning. They were supposed to come earlier this week but called and rescheduled due to rain. They showed up today on time and were done in an hour but the quality of the work left a lot to be desired. The vent cleaning we paid for was up to 10 vents- we have exactly 10. They did none of the upstairs vents and said you only needed to do the intake/registers. They just stuck a vacuum in the vents on the ground floor. For my area rugs, they soaked them with water and vacuumed them. I do not smell any sort of cleaner. We had a coupon in the mail for five areas for 100 bucks. The guy gets here. I show him the rooms and everything and doesn’t say anything or squawk about the five room coupon then when it comes to when they’re about to be finished, he scribbles out on his invoice said it was actually six rooms and tries to pull a fast one. You mention these things before you start work bad service

Came late but let me know. Didn't get any stains cleaned out of carpet. Felt under couch to see if they cleaned under got dirty dust of hand when checked. They were here 20 minutes will never use again. Couldn't even smells any cleaners.

Carpet cleaning and and dryer vent cleaning, I called and complained, because my dryer would not dry my clothes I called and told them they said they would call no call I goggled and found out that they didn’t put the vent covers on this was supposed to the manager doing my vent found left dirt inside the vent. Not good carpet cleaning either go somewhere else, bad 15 minute he was done! Bad company stay away

If speed is the goal, then they'll be done with 7 rooms in about 20 minutes. If clean is your goal, the go with someone else. Carpets look exactly the same. We brought the worker back in and asked about certain areas. It was all excuses like, carpet fibers are dyed, carpet is too worn out there (carpet is only a year old), and it's too stained. Save your money and choose another company.
