I called United this morning about a noise our furnace was making, I was concerned since the weather is so cold about it breaking down. The owner, Matt; is so knowledgeable to talk with on the phone, he was on another job but sent Joel over to my house to check out my furnace within 3 hours. I was so pleased & amazed at the quick response; I figured it would be several days to get someone here. Joel is also very knowledgeable & professional, discovered the issue which was nothing major and I feel relieved that I don't have to worry my furnace will go out in subzero temps. I would 110% recommend Matt & his team at United, they are a small company, with friendly knowledgeable staff. Had the unfortunate experience of loosing my heat the eve of Christmas Eve with -9 degree temperatures outside. Woke up on Christmas Eve to home at 55 Deg, this was going to derail my wife's carefully thought out and planned Christmas. Fortunately, we were able to reach United Heating & Plumbing and they saved our Christmas!!! They were out to see us the same day fixing our problems. We owe our saved plans to Matt and Raul. There are HVAC guys, there are plumbers, there are electricians, there are commercial refrigeration people- but- few all in one. United H&P is different than any of those other companies because they have a leader who is certified as a master of all those trades. Unlike others who can just plug in a replacement board to repair your HVAC system- they can actually diagnose and repair at the board level. Even the most screwed up installs by someone else- can be salvaged by these guys. I've recommended them to others who have been told their whole system needs to be replaced at a cost of $10K and United fixed it for under $500. I've also had them out at 11pm doing a service call when my A/C was out- not at a premium rate- but, just because they were that busy and working to keep their customer

Small family owned and low overhead; and prices to follow. Great reviews as you might expect from a tiny company; it’s a personal transaction. I’m the owner, so my words should be looked at with the appropriate suspicion. ;)
