Back story, we had roof damage late September 2024. We spent MONTHS fighting insurance. It was a blessing when we finally ran into Rescue Restoration. They fought tooth and nail with insurance to get our roof covered. For months, I lived with fear, a constant dark cloud. I was terrified every time it rained or snowed. The roof damage caused internal home damage due to the negligence of my insurance company. I spent day after day waiting for my ceiling to cave in. For my family and young children to be without a home. Rescue Restoration saved our home. They not only provided us with a sound secure roof, but renovated our home to a standard 10 times what I expected. Rescue Restoration LLC is top notch! We came to them late April of 2025 with wind damage to our siding. Our insurance company denied our claim originally. The whole back side of our home had no siding. Jake Gibson at Rescue Restoration took control and fought so hard for us. It was not easy for him and the damage continiued to be denied. He did not give up and months later we have new siding covered by our insurance compamy. The finished product is above any of our expectations and the professionalism of Rescue Restorations employees was hands down the best we have ever dealt with.
