Our experience has been lots of great assurances, very little actual follow through. They’ve said they’ll show up, and failed to, many more times than they have actually shown up. When they did show up, work was done badly and had to be redone. They unilaterally decided to change our cabinetry layout to something not even usable. They installed floor that isn’t even flat. They installed a temporary sink that has multiple leaks (note the duct tape and the pans underneath!). They tell us one thing and do another. One employee tells us one thing and another tells us something contradictory. They have been completely inconsistent, unreliable, and misleading. The only reason I’d give two stars instead of one, is that the actual workers are nice guys, especially Ravi, who has been very good to
