Highly Unprofessional, we booked Matt for cleaning our carpet floor last week, he came for job very late.We were calling him and he just kept saying I'll be there shortly and came almost around two hours late. My husband's half day off turned into a full day off as he came at 1:15 pm for 11 am appointment. He did a sloppy job , did not vacuum before cleaning. I even said do we need to vacuum before steaming and he said it's not needed. After completing he told us if any of high traffic areas are still dirty we can call him again and he will come and clean again. So as expected high traffic areas were still dirty and we called him. Matthew Remikis, the owner, personally came by to clean several pieces of expensive Ethan Allen upholstery and some carpets last week. Matthew inspected the items and both parties agreed to a price. After several minutes, Matthew decided he didn’t like the price and attempted to renegotiate the price. In the end, I agreed to pay more than originally negotiated. Matthew started cleaning but was very sloppy in his approach. For example, Matthew didn’t vacuum prior to cleaning the carpets with his machine and didn’t vacuum any of the upholstery. Matthew didn’t finish all the pieces that day and said he would be back on Thursday to finish. When I called him on Thursday to see what time he was coming, he acted as if he never met me before.
