To the review that they were too expensive for the service privided, I'll make no excuses - they aren't the cheapest guy in town. Yet when you factor their dependability, capability, cleanliness, thoroughness, honesty, professionalism, and general customer service through a business that offeres more than just chimney cleaning, the reality is you're paying a premium for premium service. We've got 2 chimneys and 3 flues. When I bought the house I paid big money to have all 3 flues cleaned, the brick repointed, an ash cleanout door replaced, 2 custom stainless caps made and installed, the chimney tops pressure washed and coated. Called on short notice and needed my chimney checked for the first time, in a new home. Rodney was quick to accommodate with an expedited appointment after I shared it was my only heating source at that time. Alston came out and quickly diagnosed the needed services on Friday. By Monday, both Alston and his colleage arrived early and completed the job efficiently and without issue.
