Doug and Sue came for their initial estimate at 8:30pm unexpectedly to our home to look at a dead pine tree in our backyard. Even though the property solely belongs to my mother and she is the one that would solely be paying the bill for this, they would only listen to my dad, and paid absolutely no attention to my mom. A few days later, they showed up unexpectedly with the owner of Arbor Artists. They said they would be subcontracting him to do the work instead, which they failed to mention before. He looked over the tree and gave another estimate. At that time, Doug said he needed to call my dad to talk to him. The Vaughn's are professional conartist!!!! Sue gave us one quote then slapped an additional $4000 dollars AFTER THE TANK was installed. They requested cash for payment, which we gave. Upon inspection of their "receipt" Sue Vaughn slapped an amount we never discussed as due amount and put the amount paid as a deposit on after my husband signed acknowledging we had given them $5900.... They conned us into debt and I would HIGHLY recommend using a more professional company because these ask for free labor then scam you!

They were great! I had a timely issue and they went out of their way to fit me in. Very reasonably priced. Great explanations that I could follow lol.

Called them Friday at 4:50 pm and they were here Saturday morning at 7:30.

They came and pumped my septic tank out and did one hell of a good job they the best in the business and very affordable.
