Nathan came to repair my washing machine. He had the part and repaired the machine in 15 minutes. I was very happy because I had laundry ready to be washed. The price for both parts and service were very high but the service was exemplary. Thank you Nathan for a job well done.
Nathan was professional and courteous. He tried valiantly to locate spare parts, and/or instructions in order to service our 36 year old double oven. Even though he did not succeed, I felt comfortable that he knew his stuff and if he couldn't find a way to fix it, most likely no one will
He wasn't told I had geothermal heating and cooling system and said he was not too familiar with it. I can't blame him for that.Six weeks later(9-9-2025) After sending another tech early Nov. (no experience on geothermal , either) Choice Home Warranty sent a third man out. Took them 23 daYS ON THE FIRST TECH. GOT MY OWN TECH ABOUT jULY 11-12.SAID i HAD A BAD FREON LEAK. 90 degrees IN THE HOUSE THEN so he added some. Lasted 4 days for $365. When chw sent third man I got kinda of a nut. Said some off the wall things Went to my shed to get him an extension cord and when we got back outside he told me I had snakes in the barn. That wasn't news to me but his reason he gave for knowing it was he heard them crawling. chw disapproved my claim on what they said was improperly installed co
The service person did a complete check of my dryer and found a hazard that I believe that would of caused a major fire in my home and he fixed the problem. The last technician over a year ago did not find this problem or advise me of this.
Tandy was prompt and professional and made sure he thoroughly understood the issue with my washing machine from my perspective.
