Update: Don't use these folks after all. They'll rush you under duress into signing a contract for an unknown amount of services by saying that your insurance covers all costs. They use a custom price list that is not online with your insurance and when your insurance doesn't pay all of it they'll put a lean on your house. They charged over $16000 for this. If anything ask how much the services will cost in advance and leave the sewage in your basement until you get a preauth. They'll also try to get you to use a partner contractor to refinish the damage. They wanted $17000 for this which insurance wasn't going to pay all of it. We had a sewage backup in our basement on Monday, and our plumber recommended Clean Sweep for restoration. Within just three hours, Rob and his crew arrived and

I highly recommend this company. They were fantastic to work with and great with communication. Our basement had flooded from a broken pipe, and they were quick to respond, helped us through the entire process, and worked with our insurance. We were going to use Servpro originally but Clean Sweep was recommended to us by the plumber. We made the right choice. Rob and his crew of Russ & Ethan were great as well - very friendly and courteous. Rob deserves a promotion or bonus of some sort! I’ll be sure to recommend this company in the future. Kaden,Jayden and Brady came today from clean sweep enterprises. These gentlemen did an exceptional job cleaning up a water heater "gone bad" scenario. They were extremely professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Everything was explained in detail where I was able to understand the entire process. The Clean Sweep Dream Team, Scott, Fenton, and Michael are absolutely fabulously professional. They are artists in their field and developed a creative solution for the needed restoration.. It was obvious they enjoy their work. I felt very comfortable welcoming them into my home. This team was pleasant, polite, punctual, personable and worked quickly, efficiently and were respectful of the surroundings and left my living room as clean as it was when they arrived.
