Today I had a deep cleaning done for my apartment move-out by ClearPointe Solutions and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. I normally don’t leave reviews but I met Katie., the cleaner , she was so sweet and very professional. She arrived on time, and paid close attention to every detail. My apartment looked amazing after she left. Everything was left spotless from the floors and bathrooms to the kitchen and hard-to-reach areas Overall , ClearPointe Solutions made it easy for me and to avoid the move out fees. I would definitely recommend and I will be using them for my move-in to my new apartment.

I wish I didn't have to review like this -- up to the point of cleaning day, Joseph was so kind and persistent with communication. For context, I ordered a deep cleaning, to which he provided a very detailed and thorough list of what to expect when they were done. I came home to so much dust in the baseboards and debris on the sink, among other things, which were specifically listed in the services and that I specifically talked with him about. I was very disappointed, but I thought Joseph would be so kind about this. Well, it's week 2, and I've called many times, left voicemails, emails, texts, and even a contact request on Clearpointe's website, and I haven't heard back. Joseph, if you see this, I would like a refund. I wish it didn't come to this, but I'm starting to feel scammed. Sinc

If you're looking for exceptional service at a great price in DFW, Clearpointe Home Solutions is definitely who you need to hire! I hired them for a move out clean and am so glad I did! The whole process was so easy. Communication and customer service was wonderful. The kitchen, especially the oven, is cleaner than it's ever been. I was worried about the glass shower doors because they were so bad, but they are so clean you can't even tell there is glass there. 😁 I highly recommend them for all of your cleaning needs!

I recently went out of town for work, I am in the remodeling/construction business. If you’re familiar with this kind of work, you may understand how dusty and dirty your home can get just from your clothing and material and/or tools.
