Absolutely the worst home inspection a first time home buying couple could hope for. Everything we needed our inspector to find, he did not. Extensive water damage in the front of the home where the garage meets the house and in the back of the house where the garage meets. Also found extensive water damage in one of the bathrooms upstairs requiring the subfloor to be replaced. Absolutely no excuse for an inspector not to find this. My new wife and I’s first home together and it turned out to be a nightmare. Avoid this home inspection company like the plague.
