I was looking for some grading advice (and a quote), and Roman was extremely helpful and also very prompt! I messaged him and the next day we were walking the property together and he was very helpful with his comments and analysis! Also offered a very fair flat fee to give his analysis and assistance, and if I end up hiring him to do the work then this fee is applied to the job. Really like this setup and enjoyed meeting with Roman. You will as well.
