Franco is our local Field Supervisor and he was able to come out the very next day after we called. The house is new and still under warranty so he explained again how all the claims work and what we can and can’t do with it. He was also able to fix our electrical issue in no time at all and explained to us signs to look out for in case it happens again. Very nice man and very helpful, will definitely be in touch for any installations we need in the future as well!
