ClearWater Well & Pump

I have had multiple inspections and services performed by ClearWater. They offer value-added suggestions and do a quality job on installation and plumbing. They recommended a Drop System for my rental, which offers remote monitoring and analytics, as well as features like an emergency shut-off for leaks. This has helped save my investment and allows for proactive maintenance to head off more expensive issues down the road. I will continue to use ClearWater as my well maintenance and service provider of choice!

Always impressed! I assist owners in property maintenance and manage luxury airbnbs. I’ve used ClearWater about 4 times now on some tough properties that had some really not so nice water and these places have to have good water obviously for not only for everyday use but for hot tubs and pools also at times. They’ve crushed it everytime. Had a very minor issue on one recently and I monitored. I didn’t want to but I reached out on a Sunday and he replied confirming there was an issue and he’d be out before the end of the week to address it. He showed up, did some troubleshooting and research and after some conversation figured it out at no extra cost to the original estimate. Thank you ClearWater! Only company I call or refer for well, pump, and water treatment.

Could not be happier with the job that Clearwater did replacing our tired, old pump and filtration system. The turnaround time on the inspection and installation exceeded our expectations. They were quick, professional, and left our place looking better than it did when they came.

Update : Aug 3 2024 , my house was struck by lightning nearby and shorted out my control panel . Dan sent Hugh, and he was able to get me back online in a quick manner. Anytime you need Well services call on Dan and his crew . Jan 2024, 5 + stars , As I struggle to make payments to Dan to complete my side of the obligation, Dan has been patient and worked with me, so I don't get into interest payments . I can't say if he can do this with everyone, but it was greatly appreciated . If there was an option for anything above 5 star, I would post that to this review. 10/25/2023 Dan and crew showed up in the morning to pull the pump and cable to see were the short to ground was . Last year I had a well pump and pressure tank replaced. This year a hot water tank. Both times we had we had the problem diagnosed within 12 hrs of making the call and fixed within 36. Everyone has been professional and hard working. I have been well satisfied with their (Dan and Hugh) assessments, advice and quality of work. I would highly recommend them and have zero complaints.
