ClearWater Well & Pump

ClearWater Well & Pump has provide excellent service for us this year. Bought an older house in the summer and they have been helping us get the well back in tip top shape. They are very efficient workers and reasonably priced. They are a great resource of knowledge aswell. Would absolutely recommend!

We woke up to no water! We called multiple companies and the ClearWater team was able to prioritize us in the morning hours where most were stating late afternoon or even next day. Their prompt service was greatly appreciated and we had water back on before the times other companies had quoted us just for arrival. Their prices are reasonable and the gentleman were very patient with all my questions to help us understand what had happened and how we can avoid it in the future. Dan, the owner, visited the site on short notice and discussed the installation of a new 500 ft well pump and line from the well head to a barn and the installation of a pressure tank and 3 outside hydrants and the electrical requirements and assorted other bits for a complete installation. This is my first well installation so I had a lot of questions. Two employees arrived about a week later and did the installation. It was a full days job but went quickly and efficiently. Everyone could not have been friendlier or more easy to work with. They went out of their way to explain the procedures as they worked. The owner, Dan Uhlenkott, and the lead specialist, Hugh, were skilled professionals, having competent expertise in addressing my well water problem. They were informative and patient with addressing questions and concerns from my wife and I. The owner was willing to be flexible with my payment request. I had several questions for which I called both Dan and Hugh after hours. They were both very generous and accommodating with their time and ensured my questions were answered. ClearWater installed a drop system, installed UV light filter, repaired my well cap, and sanitized my system. The installers showed up explained the work and got right on their task. They re-plumbed some old components and did a clean and professional job. I was extremely satisfied with the results. The installer also took the time to explain the details of the system and answer my questions before departing ensuring I had a complete understanding of the new components. He also provided the me with the maintenance requirements to ensure the system runs properly for years to come.
