We highly recommend Elite Air. From estimate to install, Elite Air was impressive! Dustin was so helpful and professional. Jack was knowledgeable, friendly, wise and informative. Amanda in the office answered my husband's many questions! Anthony and his crew were considerate and efficient! Our tenant commented that the newly installed mini-splits "heated well, are super quiet and pretty quick to knock out the chill!" He also was impressed with how Anthony and the install crew cleaned up after themselves, and left no mess. Great experience from beginning to end!

Elite Air has been a pleasure to work with. Super helpful and patient with us having to get approvals from our warranty company. Reid was great.. as was Jack! Updating. He got the part and completed the job quickly. He walked me through the setup steps and stayed on the job until I felt comfortable with the installation and operation of the new smart thermostat. Elite Air was great to deal with! We had our heat go out during the coldest week of 2025 and even though the system was installed by a different company they were able to troubleshoot the issues and provide a quick repair for our family! Their staff from office admin to service technicians were all very courteous and professional. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend!

Just starting using Elite Air and so far the experience has been very positive. Reid came out when our gas back-up furnace went out. He was very professional and a good communicator. The problem was identified quickly and new parts were ordered. The same day I got an email with an estimate of the repair cost. He came back out and installed the new parts and everything is once again working perfectly. Reid is a top-notch tech and the company rates are reasonable. We also got on their yearly maintenance plan that I like. Great company!
