If we could give Clemco Construction 10 stars, we would! From the start, Tom went above and beyond to source the unusual live-cut wavy lumber to replicate the original siding on our Tudor house. Then he & his team did a fantastic job installing the boards. Everyone was so courteous and friendly. The attention to detail was amazing. They took so much care to get everything exactly right. And Tom said: “I can honestly say I’ve done the best job I can” i.e patchwork that doesn’t match and wasn’t even sanded, sloppy paint job, and big patches of missing polyurethane, one coat in places we asked for two. We had told him we wanted black floors in July, he says he never saw any of the images we sent him and that it was our fault for the delays because he had to do two test rooms. He did keep saying he had 42 years of experience…but it seems they didn’t even fully vacuum before applying the paint, and there’s dust in the paint. So….images speak louder than words…and Dear Tom, people have a right to know this. Had we known what you’re really like we would have gone with someone else. I also wouldn’t work with him if you’re lgbt+ or a woman.

Very Professional. Highly recommended. After reaching out to several contractors to perform restoration and construction work on my 1884 home, I hired Clemco to build a replacement two floor wrap-around porch with slate roof and to construct a separate belvedere with a roof top cupola and finial. I wasn't disappointed. Tom's blend of craftsmanship, restoration knowledge and work experience resulted in a finished project that exceeded all my expectations. Tom's advice and insights led to incorporating design and construction changes that enhanced the appearance and historical accuracy of the finished project. The workmanship was superb. His pricing is fair and he and his crew are a pleasure to deal with.

My wife and I have hired Clemco Construction and Restoration for several jobs at our home and have been nothing short of amazed each time.
