Luis went through with me exactly how I wanted my gutters installed (which had some unique parameters), and performed everything perfectly as I had hoped. My experience with Clemens Home Solutions has been a pleasure. From the start, Derrick explained processes, procedures etc. and made us feel very comfortable that this company was reliable and honest. Luis and his crew did an excellent job, going beyond and above our expectations. His crew had a small accident, which caused some separate damage and insisted it was their responsibility to fix any damage whether I thought it was needed or not! They updated me throughout the process which was done quickly and beautifully. From the very beginning, when we met a gracious young man at the home and garden show, Clemens has displayed the utmost professional and courteous service up until today, our installation day! During our initial consultation Steven, our salesman, went the extra mile to point out imperfections in our roof and provided pictures so that we could settle with the previous roofing company. He was very informative, personable, patient, and kind! Today, Luigi and his crew arrived before 9 am and were done before 1 pm. Once again, they were professional, courteous, kind, efficient, and cleaned up very well after the job was done.
