CL built our new house for us in 2024. Everything from the original bid/estimations, schedule, and communication were phenomenal. They quoted on the higher side of what quotes we received, but we guessed that it was because it was likely the most accurate. The attention to detail, pace of project progression, adjusting to custom requests, all handled with professionalism and courtesy, and our project manager was ON IT with making sure people were working almost every business day. My husband and I were very involved and mindful of our budget. We were able to come in under budget and move in nearly 2 months earlier than our estimated move-in date. With such a busy schedule, we didn't have time to think about it. We gave Phil, Laura, Ryan and Spencer our vision and they made our dreams come true. A+. We have remodeled several homes in Birmingham. This was our first in Maryville and our best experience yet, which was unexpected as we were 250 miles away during most of the project. C&L did an absolutely job on our addition! We could not have asked for better people to work with. Not only was the finish job phenomenal, the staff, project manager, and interior designer made themselves available at all times and answered in a timely manner.
