Out of all the companies I contacted, Tyler was the only one to respond in a timely manner. He was professional and easy to get in contact with through the entire process. There was a hole in the side of our steps that needed to be repaired, but Tyler also noted a prior repair had installed the bricks facing the wrong way for load-bearing. He was honest, praising the repairs we'd had completed previously (aside from the wrong way bricks). He and Josh showed up on time and were quick to complete the job.
