Our service call for a heater/AC repair turned into a full heater and AC installation, and we couldn’t be happier. Our heater was over 20 years old and had been causing problems every year. In the past, it would get fixed once and then work through the winter, but this time it had finally reached the end of its life. I searched online and found Lanigan Heating and Air Conditioning through Google and left a message on their 24-hour hotline. The owner, Dan, called me back right away. I was especially worried about our heater because my wife is undergoing chemo treatment, and Dan was very kind and understanding. I recently had a new furnace and air conditioning system installed by Lanigan Heating and Air Conditioning, and I couldn’t be more satisfied! The installers, Fredo and Will, are incredibly professional and efficient, and Dan Lannigan, the owner, is very knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to work with, he also gave me a very fair estimate that I was totally happy with . Additionally, Megan, the office manager, has always been responsive and efficient with our phone calls, making the entire process seamless. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services. Totally a five star company!!

Dan is amazing! He's worked with us multiple times! We have now had both our ac unit and furnace replaced. The most recent being our furnace which was over 20 years old and they were able to come out the same day. Will, who was the one that did our furnace was very nice and did a great job with the install! We have had Zack come out multiple times for service as well and he's very thorough and knowledgeable. Their pricing is reasonable. The response time is very quick. The dispatchers who answer the phones have always been very pleasant! We have been very fortunate to find such an amazing company that takes very good care of their customers! I would recommend Lanigan to anyone!!

Two other companies only tried to sell us a new furnace without even attempting a repair.
