Matt Smith and Matt Bucher was absolutely brilliant. Matt B did such an incredible job at solving and fixing the problems that happened with the boiler heat in the house. Had to replace the circulator as well as expansion tank and then fill boiler and bleed air. Work was done in a very timely manner and I appreciate that even at the end Matt Smith the owner came and they cared about us and discounted the price to help us. We engaged Lakeshore H & C to install a new furnace and A/C unit. They were professional from the quote thru the install. They took the time to explain what they would do and why. They removed the old unit, laid drop cloths every where and vacuumed the work area when done.
