TRUCK CAME THRU ARE NEIGHBORHOOD A 30 MPH RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD WELL IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH THERE WERE CHILDREN OUT PLAYING AND HE CAME AROUND THE CORNER HIS TRUCK WAS LEANING ALMOST TO THE POINT OF TIPPING OVER. AS MY FAMILY, NEIGHBORS AND A SEMI DRIVER UNLOADING AT A HOUSE WAIVED TO SLOW DOWN AND WERE GRABBING CHILDREN THE DRIVER LEANED OUT GIVING EVERYONE THE FINGER. AND KEPT THE TRUCK FLOORED.
