Climate Control Inc

My husband and I have been using Climate Control for at least 12 years.We have been so impressed with the level of knowledge, expertise and professionalism. The entire staff is top notch. Travis and Nate are always quick to respond to calls and address any issues and provide recommendations. I personally like that I always get the same team to my house. This certainly makes the job at hand more efficient and really establishes a sense of trust. I would highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs.

I came home Saturday evening when it was 14° outside and I noticed it was very cold in my house. I tried resetting the circuit breaker but the heat didn't come on. I immediately called and spoke to Deb explaining my issue. Within 30 minutes Nate showed up and starting working on the furnace. He was able to find and fix the issue within a very short period of time. I've used Climate Control for 20 years and have always trusted the work they do consistently. Nate has always been very efficient, friendly and trustworthy. I have never felt that he or anyone else in the company was motivated by making money, but working towards building a trusting, helpful relationship with their clients. Great job!!!

Woke up the other morning to it being chilly in the house and aessage on my thermostat saying my system had gone down. Called the folks over at Climate Control Inc and within a few hours Travis was there to diagnose the issue. He was able to figure out the issue and have the parts ordered within just a few minutes and worked out a way for the parts to be delivered and installed the same day. After a quick trip to Camp Hill and back, Austin showed up to install and reset my system. The team did not just go above and beyond, they kept my family and house safe in these cold temperatures! They are always pleasant, professional, and great people to deal with!

I would like to thank Climate Control for the Great job installing our new Heat pump . Travis has a Great group of people from Deb in the office to Austin, Nate and Rusty who did the installation. Travis should be proud of his crew. Travis has been servicing our HVAC now for 6 or 7 years . When it was time for a new system I wouldn't have gone anywhere else . The installers are very friendly very neat and very particular about there work . When they were done everything was cleaned up and they they took all the trash away . Before they left I believe it was Rusty who went over everything and made sure I understood how the new thermostat worked . Thanks again for the Great Job .

Was really pleased with the service. Nate and his assistant had the issue, that McCrea I guess couldn't be bothered to fix when they came out, completed in 20 minutes. Explained to me what happened and set me up with maintenance service for the year. They fit me in when I know they were slammed with the snow storm and other peoples issues. I couldn't have asked for better service.
