Had service confirmed for August 19th. Received a call almost 2 hours late, saying that they were short handed, due to illness, and needed to reschedule. There has been 3 other times that I was told someone was on the way or that I would be called, but no one has shown up or called. I have moved on, and would not recommend this business.

I was impressed by Andrei with, Climate Pros. He is personable, polite and he knows his job. He was able to explain to the contractor, what was seriously wrong in a way that I could not.

The tech came in a timely manner and was very professional and showed me some concerns about my heating element. I appreciate the service and I would call them again. Gloria Wilcher)
