My water heater needed to be replaced badly. It started to leak in my basement during the coldest day. We were left with no hot water until we could find someone to replace. I was on the phone all day! Jennifer at Climate Zone was awesome and made thimhs so easy. She responded promptly and gave me several options. Climate Zone was the only company that made the process easy. I didn't have to schedule an estimate or go through the process of filling out an on line form. The cost was exactly what was quoted to me on the phone! Sam and Daniel arrived promptly first thing the next day. They both worked efficiently. I didn't even know they were here. I had a very good experience… My hot water heater started to leak. I went through Home Depot and was referred to Climate Zone. I got a call back in under 20 minutes from Jen she was great she went over pricing, and availability and sent a follow up email with all the pricing. Three hours my hot water heater was replaced. John and Ray came out to replace the hot water heater. It was a great experience they went over everything thoroughly to make sure its what it what I wanted. When they were finished the old water heater was taken away and cleaned the area. If you are looking for a honest straight forward company I highly recomend them.

Just had a new HVAC Unit installed in my condo. The technicians, Yohendy and Nick, did a great job. They showed up on time, they wore shoe covers and put drop cloths on the carpet, and they were incredibly polite and respectful. I'm very happy to have a functioning unit now! I would recommend their services.

I had a water heater installation in January. I obtained 3 quotes and found Home Depot's Rheem water heater and Climate Zone's installation (Home Depot's preferred installer in my area) came out to be the best choice in terms of quality and price among the 3. Climate Zone's John/Noel installation team was superb! They laid out runner cloths to protect my basement carpet, I appreciated that very much, they were very efficient and they cleaned up very nicely after they were done with the installation. They also gave me detail instructions on how to flush the tank and showed me how to restart the pilot. I am very pleased with the new water heater!

I brought a gas water heater from Home Depot. Climate Zone did the installation. The price was reasonable. Customer service was good. Because previous young plumber didn’t change exhausting white piper the inspection wasn’t passed. John Ray was with inspector at that time. He came back next day changed the exhausting piper and reported to inspector. He did a good job. I appreciated.
