We have had a great experience with ClimateMax everyone we have used them. They have installed units in remodels and new construction. The field managers are very helpful in solving issues quickly. If I could give 10 stars I would! Christmas day we realized that our unit wasn't working by the day after I started calling around. We spoke with a few people but then my dad mentioned Climate Max! Best decision I could've made! From Tim coming to give the quote , so professional and knowledgeable then Karmen helped me with paperwork and responded so fast with any questions I had. When the guys got here to replace the unit I can't stress enough how respectful they were of the space, from taking their shoes off at the door to laying a blanket down while repairing the return. Calab explained everything to me. They got it done pretty quickly for the amount of work that needed to be done. I love working with all of these guys. Karman in the office is so quick to get an answer back to you. She answers any questions I have about cost and install. The technicians are so polite. They are clean, polite, respectful of property. Always leave it better than they found it. We moved a house and they helped us hook everything back up.
