We've been getting five star service from Lancaire ever since they installed our new Lennox heat pump three years ago. No problems, we have a service contract. We have preventive maintenance twice a year, every spring and fall. This heat pump is remarkably quiet. Eli just checked our unit and assured us we are good to go for the coming winter. All the technicians are knowledgeable, on time and friendly. We recommend Lancaire to everyone.

He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to thoroughly address all of my questions and concerns. After we selected our new system, the installation team arrived the very next day. Emergency service for my HVAC. Orlando Riga’s came quickly and made a temporary repair. He got me a quote for a permanent repair that I accepted. He returned the next day to make the repairs.
