This company did a great job installing our storm door. It took no time at all. They explained everything. They were very quiet and cleaned up after themselves when the installation was completed the gentleman went over all aspects of the door with us and showed us how it all operated. I would recommend this company. I did order my storm door through Lowe’s and they were the company that was assigned, but I would also contact them again outside of Lowe’s. They were excellent.

We contracted with Justin & Chris to extend and screen our home deck extension. They were helpful, responsive and followed through fully with every detail as projected. We were extremely pleased with them and the finished product - recommend them highly.

Our experience with Rock Solid Construction has been frustrating and unacceptable due to a complete lack of communication and follow-up. There was clear miscommunication between the sales team, project management, and the workers performing the job. The work was not completed as agreed. We paid for new gutters for the entire house, yet the old gutters were left on a portion of the back side of the home. After the crew left, no one from the company contacted us to confirm whether the job was completed, to review the work, or to ask if we were satisfied. There has been no follow-up or communication of any kind from anyone at the company. Our expectation is simple: the remaining work needs to be completed as contracted. Could not be more happy with the job that Jesus and his guys did installing this door we purchased from Lowes! They removed our old slider door and replaced with this one. Very happy!! Now, all we need is some paint!! Thanks so much!!!

I purchased a front storm door from Lowe's and really did not want to install it myself, so the rep informed Lowe's hire contractors to do that type of work for their customers. I was very pleased to heat that. Lowe's had the contractor contact me and we scheduled a date for the install. I was very pleased with his work and I was blown away with how efficient he was. It only took about an hour if that. Had I done it myself I'm sure four are five hours later it would have been done. Thank, Lowe's.
