We strongly advise against using Climatemp for HVAC services based on our disappointing experience. Upon returning home after some time away, we discovered that our upstairs air conditioning had stopped working. We called the number listed on our HVAC unit, which led us to Climatemp. They scheduled a technician visit after taking my contact information and credit card details, informing me of a service fee, which I agreed to. When the technician arrived, he diagnosed the issue as a failed blower, which was under warranty. He stated that they would order the replacement part and return to install it once available. He then left without providing an invoice, or discussing any further charges, leading us to believe the warranty would cover the repair. Worse yet, he gave no direction as to
