Closet Factory

Had a great experience with closet factory! From when they came for the initial consultation (i met with 3 companies) and Rachael made me feel like my budget was aligned with my vision. Other companies would say my budget wasn’t big enough and not get creative with the space and how to make my dreams come to life. Closet factory did that and delivered great quality!

Carol was wonderful to work with. She met with us and listened to our needs before drawing up designs for all the closets in our new home. And then met with us again when we finished our basement and needed her once more. The scheduling was very easy and professional. The installers did great work and were very polite. We love the quality and the lifetime warranty. Highly recommend.

I am part of the Trade and brought in Closet Factory and a second company to compare on a recent project. While I enjoyed the consultation, design and personality much more with the other company, I thought the Closet Factory had a better product and ultimately we decided to move forward with CF. It turns out that while the product may have been better, there was an absolute absence of care for the product that the first installer had. I shared the photos of the damages and was told they would offer $250 refund. I advised they can do that as well as replace the pieces but they agreed to touch them up first to see how it looked. The installer canceled the day of the repair (due to what I was told was an illness) and we were rescheduled for 3-5pm on a Saturday in which I had to stay at the

I worked with Carol to design a fresh space in my empty master closet (new build). She gave me all of the features I was hoping for and also helped me cut costs on things I didn't need so that I can stay within budget. She was prompt, gave me great visuals in her designs and was patient with me as my ideas and demands changed constantly. The installers were great, worked quickly, cleaned up and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. All of it went in within a few weeks, as well. I was so pleased that I called Carol back this past weekend to ask her to design another space for me. Really happy with my experience here.

I love our new closet and built-in! Galina designed our space to maximize the most out of our small closet. She was great at communicating back and forth and kept me completely informed throughout the process. I was a little overwhelmed by all the options, but Galina helped me pick out items that would work the best in my space and helped guide me into what finishing touches would have the most impact. I highly recommend!
