Dirty installation, rude phone calls, delays in fixing problems left a poor impression. Only stopping payment got results. Every drawer fronts & cabinet door was dirtied by unwashed hands of installers and some were also damaged: none of the three areas was level and initial installers used no level; there were uneven gaps between joined units. Robert was rather rudely insisting, without bothering to inspect the work, that I must accept it. I refused to allow the installers to return as they had only a few replacements and no level. After 2 weeks Andy C remedied most but had to return days later with the final replacements. I could not recommend this company.

We had the pleasure of meeting Gigi Quinn from closet world today for an in-home consultation. Gigi was the consummate professional. Mrs. Quinn was pleasant and warm from the moment she entered our home. She was polite and respectful. She was inquisitive about what it was that we were looking for and helped us to design something that would work with our family. You can tell that she comes from an experienced background in this area as she was able to help us immeasurably. I couldn’t recommend Gigi any more highly. I look forward to working with her in the future to plan the space for my office.

This whole process was easy. From design to install was less than a month. Javier came and knocked out two closets in less than 4 hours. No mess. All looks as promised. Excited to get organized!

We had a great experience. Our designer was great, although a lengthy meeting. Our installation time was confirmed day before as mentioned at the beginning of this process. They arrived on a Friday and came the following monday to finish up. Looks as designed! Pleased with the work!

I recently had my closets renovated by ClosetWorld. I will give you the full story but the point of the story is they completely redeemed themselves and finished the job wonderfully. They had the designer come out (who actually I don't feel is a designer, more a salesperson). We set up the closet plans, and scheduled a demo and rebuild. I was told it would take 3-4 hours start to finish. Time came, installer came out and 6 hours later, a horrible disaster was left for me. I reached out and worked with management along with proof of the poor quality and they not only fixed the job, but did so with professionalism and respect.
